SENATE BILL 37

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 3, after "depletion", insert a comma.

    2. On page 5, line 5, strike "reserve" and insert in lieu thereof "purpose of this paragraph".

    3. On page 6, lines 8 and 9, strike "whether the acquisition will provide" and insert in lieu thereof "potential".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
